Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist
This is a multi-faceted remote-based role involving helpdesk support provision as well as implementation and deployment of client projects. The role exists to provide high quality timely support services in line with our values. You need to be a positive representative of the business, taking ownership of the support function and constantly developing support-led services to provide an outstanding customer experience.

We are a small but perfectly formed and entirely remote-based Company where “video first” applies to internal communications as much as it does to conversations with our clients.
The primary function of this role is to deliver on the promises made to customers to support them with their technical issues. Working to Service Level Agreements, you will have a defined set of targets and deadlines to meet with an ability to take ownership of this stand-alone role.
Although we have a rapidly growing client base, the support provision part of this role is not a full-time one as yet. Therefore, you will also be taking hands on responsibilities for the following areas: Teams and Enterprise Voice, delivering user training and technical configuration and implementation.
You’ll need to have great experience of Office 365 administration and experience in Teams as well as proficiency in PowerShell scripts (experience of Enterprise Voice is desirable but not essential). You’ll be able to deliver high quality support and exceed customer expectations. Great communication skills are essential in this role as is an ability to translate “tech speak” into everyday language.
